Signing Up for Events

There are several ways to sign up for events.

To sign up for an event that has an online sign-up you simply go to the calendar and click on the event. This will take you to the event page. If the event has an open line up sign-up, you will see a red "Register Today" button to click on. This will take you to the account page to sign up.

There are some events that do not require you to create an account or log into an existing account. Such events are those that are not affiliated with a unit and that are open to the public or scouters who may only attend an event or two each year. These types of events could include the Council Recognition Banquet, Eagle Scout Banquet, and Council Fundraisers. For these events the sign up will appear directly on the event page as a form.

Finally, once you have an account and are logged in (using the button at the top right), the REGISTRATION Tab will appear next to the JOIN SCOUTING tab. This will take you to the Registration Menu. On this page you will see a number of things:

  1. The events which are available for sign up with a log in.
  2. When you highlight each of the events listed you will see event info to the left.
  3. Your member menu along the top which shows, home, profile, roster, reservations, etc.
  4. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - if you are not eligible to reserve facilities you will not see the facilities icon in your menu.

Some events have their own page linked directly from the menu. Examples of this can be found in the Camping menu and include Tanah Keeta Summer Camp and Day Camps.

Note that each event is customized as to what information is requested / required.
