- All LH District committee members, Key 3 of every unit, and volunteers who would like to attend.
- Who is in the committee, you ask? A BSA volunteer who works to support and grow Scouting within our Lighthouse District. These members include individuals who organize events or activities, and members who help with advancements. Individuals with a passion for Scouting and relevant skills. Volunteers can be elected to serve on the different committees. All Key 3 members of each unit so they are aware of the programs available to their units and want to be part of the great community outside their units to better the program in their unit.
