Gulf Stream Council
The Gulf Stream Council has been building leaders and shaping adventures since 1914. Today, we’re proud to serve more than 4,500 Scouts and 2,500 dedicated adult volunteers across seven amazing counties—Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Glades, Okeechobee, and Hendry.
Scouting is a year-round educational program that teaches character, citizenship, fitness, and leadership—through hands-on fun! From camping under the stars and paddling down Florida waterways, to tackling service projects and discovering new skills, Scouts grow in confidence, preparedness, and honor while making lifelong memories.
And guess what? Scouting is for everyone. Boys, girls, young men, and young women all have a place here. Whether it’s through Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, or Exploring, there’s a program designed to inspire, challenge, and prepare today’s youth for tomorrow’s adventures.
Scouting builds confidence. Scouting builds friendships. Scouting builds leaders.
