                           Outwit, Outplay, OutScout!

It's time for the ULTIMATE SURVIVOR CHALLENGE!

Unit tribes will travel to the island of Oklawaha where your Packs and Troops will compete to be Ultimate Survivor! 

Our AOLs have learned survival skills at Meet the Troops, taken these skills back to their Packs to train them, and will now lead their Packs into the ultimate challenge to come out in the end as the Ultimate Survivor Pack! Alongside them, our Troops will battle it out to Outwit, Outplay, and OutScout their fellow Troops to be the Ultimate Survivor Troop! Each unit will compete in a series of survivor-themed challenges to earn points for their Tribe and show what true leadership and teamwork can accomplish!

Conquer every challenge.  Lead with heart.  Crossover with honor. 

This challenge filled weekend will put our AOLs in the spotlight as their Pack Leaders support them to lead their Packs through Survivor-themed challenges to compete against other Packs to become the Ultimate Survivor. Alongside them, our Troops will compete in Troop level challenges to Outwit, Outplay, and OutScout their fellow Troops for a weekend of fun! 

After a fun day of challenges, teamwork, and leadership building, we will come together as one Tribal Council to encourage and recognize our AOLs as they participate in a Crossover Ceremony to join their new Troops. Following the Crossover Ceremony Saturday night, we will hold a flag retirement ceremony to bring the evening to a close.
