Pinewood Derby

START YOUR "ENGINES"! 

Pinewood Derby is our annual wood car racing for Cub Scouts.  Every Pack is encouraged to hold their Pinewood Derby between January and early April.

District Pinewood Derby

After your pack Pinewood Derby, each district should hold a District Pinewood Derby. The Top 3 racers from each Den (Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos) can compete in their District's Pinewood Derby Tournament.

Council Pinewood Derby

The last leg of the races comes at the Gulf Stream Council Pinewood Derby. The Top 3 Racers from each Den-level at the District race can compete at the Council Pinewood Derby.  District Pinewood Derby Chairs will submit the names of these Scouts to the Council Pinewood Derby team to register them for the event.
