Leadership Development & Teambuilding Workshops
These workshops, designed to the individual needs of requesting groups, engage particpants in a variety of activities and challenges intended build leadership skills and improve teamwork. Participants are facilitated through a combination of initiative games, trust activities and challenge course elements allowing them to learn experientially by reflecting on and critiquing group performance.
