- Financial Records: Keeps detailed and accurate financial records, including receipts, expenditures, and financial reports.
- Reporting: Regularly reports the financial status to the Honor Guard and provides updates at meetings.
- Fund Allocation: Ensures funds are available for various activities and initiatives, prioritizing the Honor Guard's needs.

Secretary
Primary Responsibilities:

- Administrative Tasks: Manages correspondence, including sending out meeting notices and reminders.
- Documentation: Maintains and organizes all important documents, ensuring they are accessible when needed.
- Communication: Acts as a communication link within the Honor Guard, ensuring information flows smoothly.

- Onboarding: Oversees the onboarding process for new members, ensuring they are integrated smoothly.
