I am writing to give an update on Jane Forbes and to let you know how you can help in her time of need. As many of you know Jane went in for a routine procedure recently in June while in recovery she suffered 2 strokes and a heart attack. She has been in re-hab for the last several weeks for paralysis of her left side of her body as a result of the strokes. She is now at home and will be undergoing triple bypass surgery next Thursday August 21st. Jane has been an active scouter for close to 25 years and she will be out of work for approximately 6 months. With the help of fellow scouter Pam Gillette a Living Trust has been established to help Jane through this very difficult time. Every little bit will help and if you can not donate at this time please contact Jane via phone and email to let her know you are thinking about her. Thank you.
