Camp Oklawaha
Camp Oklawaha is a 60 acre site in Sebastian, Indian River County, on the banks of the Oklawaha River. Donated by Anna Vern Smith in memory of her husband Claude in 1953, Oklawaha is a scrub oak flatland which includes a swimming area, canoe launch into the river, amphitheater, large meeting/dining hall pavilion, archery/BB range and chapel.
Reservations can be made by completing the Reservation Request Form and emailing to kelsey.cupples@scouting.org. Once completed, the reservation form must be e-mailed in Word Format no later than two weeks before departure. You will receive a response by email. Reservation cannot be made over the phone. Calls not regarding reservations (fire bans, weekend emergencies etc.) can be made to 772-388-2150.
