Troop 132 1st Annual Legacy Car Show (269 KB)

Troop 132 wants to invite you to attend our 1st Annual Car Show at Legacy Place. We would appreciate it if you could forward this to you pack and troop members. It is free to come and see the cars and a bid spectator turnout will help show Legacy Place that the Boy Scouts is a worthwhile place to put their charitable dollars. See the attached flyer for more details.

We hope to see you all next Saturday!

River Raft Regatta (8.4 MB)
This is fun and games with the engineering feats! Come see what kinds of rafts the troops and crews make. Leaders are welcome to get involved as well. The competition is fierce and festive. Cubs are invited to watch and adults are invited to make their own. See you at the River!

The Lighthouse District Pinewood Derby at the South Florida Fair was a huge success.  It was a great time.  I am glad the weather held out for the parade as I was a little nervous due to the rain.  A big special thanks to Packs 132,774,747 for their help with tracks and registration. They all did a fantastic job.  Please find below each rank winners and overall winners.

Lighthouse Eagle Board of Review Process

All Eagle Applications go to the Registrar at the Council Service Center for review and approval before a Board can be scheduled. Only applications submitted by the first Monday of the month will be considered for a board on the third Monday of the month. If your application is correct and accepted by Friday of the first week, expect a call to schedule your board.

Please note: For Eagle Boards: Only your original Eagle Scout application goes to the service center for approval. No projects or packages are to go to the Council Service Center. You will be bringing everything else with you to your Board of Review except your approved original application.

Project review boards are scheduled directly through Glenn Alexander. These requests will be accepted through the first Monday of the month. To request a board please call 561-575-2489 or email samalex964@bellsouth.net . Leave a message with your name, telephone number and Unit (Troop) #.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience. I'm sure we'll have some opportunities for improvement so work with me. Any questions or problems feel free to contact me directly.

Yours In Scouting
